The automatic folding systems type "Pergola" are designed to cover large commercial and public areas in order to protect them from sun, wind and rain. AUTOMATIC MOTOR

The awning motor is French - brand Somfy, which can be controlled with a remote control. Thanks to the high-tech remote control, you can track the movements of the awning on a digital display, as well as you can set when to open or close.

Centrally connected in parallel, without the use of relays, integrated wireless control function.

The anti-jam function automatically stops the system if any obstacle is encountered. This is a security feature, not a technical problem. The high torque (120 Nm) of the rail awning ensures maximum tension. Without interfering with other radio frequencies (868 MHz), the control system provides easy channel selection and easy-to-use functions.

Somfy motors can be connected to wind sensors, sun sensors, a radio receiver with a dimmer (LED dimming) and other products that provide full automation. With these optional products, you can have a fully automated awning.

If the weather is too hot, you can easily open your awning with the button of the remote control. With one button of the remote control you can dim the LED lighting, turn it off or on.

With the intelligent control units you will be protected against any weather conditions, such as wind or sudden torrential rain. The awning will know what needs to be done.

ROLLER MECHANISM SYSTEM / Rail awning /

The rail awning is a durable system that works with a special tensioning system and can be used in all weather conditions. This is a product that is long-lasting and can be adapted to any place.

The rail awning is used outside cafes and restaurants. It provides comfortable use in all seasons in gardens and terraces. Thanks to the three-layer fabric, the rail awning protects in summer from the heat and harmful rays of the sun, and in winter from the effects of rain and adverse weather conditions.

Rails and running gear work quietly and do not require frequent maintenance. All metal parts are stainless. The remote-controlled rail awning is very practical with its opening and closing function. By applying different closing systems to the model, a completely closed place / room / can be created. In this way, your place offers a completely open environment in summer temperatures and in difficult weather conditions in winter it becomes a completely closed environment and offers you outdoor pleasure during the 4 seasons.

SUPPORTING RAIL PROFILE for PERGOLS

When projecting the awning, a rail guide with a profile cross-section of 130x80 mm is used, and when projecting over 7m, a rail guide with a profile cross-section of 185x120 mm is used. The roofing material is mounted to the transverse rib profiles and in practice they open and close the pergola along the length of the rail guides by means of sliders with a roller mechanism. The drive is performed by a motor with a built-in radio transmission unit and remote control. We use rail carts with 10 wheels in the roller mechanism.

PERGOLA LIGHTING

In our automatic pergolas we use Samsung LED lamps. They are 24 volts, 700 lumens, 3000 Kelvin = daylight. Approximately one lighting fixture is located per 1 square meter. The illuminants have a built-in installation.

TRAPEZOIDAL LAMINATED IRON

The trapezoidal cap mounted in our automatic pergolas at the top protects the motor, the control mechanisms, as well as the fabric of the awning assembled at the top from the impact of rain and adverse weather conditions.

DRAINAGE SYSTEM FOR PERGOLAS

The pergola is made with a built-in drainage system through gutters. This is done by means of a front gutter connected to the guide support columns. Our system also has additional seals on the entire periphery of the fabric, which prevent water from flowing under the pergola.

COVERING FABRIC for PERGOLS

In our automatic rail systems for awnings we use PVC block out fabric that withstands all types of weather conditions, with a three-layer structure and the ability to completely insulate sunlight and heat, giving a 5-year warranty. The brand of fabric we use is SIOEN. We offer the following colors: white, vanilla, light gray, dark gray.
